Ta'breyiah Miracle Jones

Ta'breyiah Miracle Jones, 2 months, passed away on Sunday, April 27th, 2025. Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, May 10th, 2025, at 3 pm at Clapp Event Center. Private Disposition under the direction of Griffin Mortuary.

Ta’breiyah “Miracle” Jones was born February 26th, 2025, to Tamoderick Jones and Aubrianna McKenzie. 

Ta’breiyah was diagnosed with Trisomy 13 also called Patau Syndrome which is a chromosomal condition individual with Trisomy 13 often have heart defects, brain abnormalities, due to the presence of several lire treating medical problems most infants with Trisomy 13 die with their first days to weeks, so for those who don’t know Ta’breiyah “Miracle was diagnosed with T13. We were blessed to have and care for her and gather lifelong memories in the 2 months we were blessed with her. You can never go back to yesterday, tomorrow will never come. That is why we are gifted with “the present”. We miss you truly until we meet again.

Ta’breiyah leaves behind to cherish her memory, her father Tamoderick Jones, her mother Aubrianna McKenzie, her grandparents Abdul Washington, Angela Blair, Nataley Green, and Don McKenzie, her sisters Avavianya, Lakiyah, and Ree’Ozhnae, her brothers Tee’Ozhae, Ta’Mozhae, Ty’Kadrian, and Ta’biyst and a host of other relatives and friends.
