Spencer E. Wilson, 59 of Seagraves, TX passed away on November 17th, 2025, surrounded by loved ones while at Covenant Medical Center. He was an organ donor with Life Gift. Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 1 pm at Seagraves Jr. High Auditorium. Interment will follow at Seagraves Cemetery under the direction of Griffin Mortuary.
Spencer was born November 19th, 1965, to Beatrice and Lawrence Wilson in Las Vegas, Nevada. He lived a life defined by hard work and a deep love for family and friends. He spent decades working the oil field and was pipe recovery engineer for Renegade Wireline Services. Before that he was a cowboy. He rode bulls, taught his grandson the ropes and carried the spirit of the arena with him everyday. That toughness and determination shaped who he was and how he lived. Above all, Spencer was a family man. He was a devoted husband to Teri Wilson, a proud father, grandfather, and a loyal brother. It was said many times he didn’t know a stranger and was a friend to many. His stories, laughter, and ability to bring joy to a room of people will be dearly missed.
Spencer is preceded in death by his father Lawrence Wilson, his mother Beatrice Wilson, and his sister Marvalyn Reed.
Spencer leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife Teri Wilson, his daughters Brittany Wilson and Kenda Hinds, his son Koedy Wilson (Chayton), his sister Cynthia Peterson, his brother Richard Wilson, his grandchildren Malachi Piper, Maliyah Piper, and Presley Longoria, and a host of other relatives and friends.
