Roshaud Donnte Ward

Ronshaud Donnte Ward, 33, passed away on Thursday, May 29th, 2025. Celebration of life Service will be held Friday, June 6th, 2025, at 11 am at Inside Out Baptist Church. Private Disposition under the direction of Griffin Mortuary. 

Roshaud Donnte Ward was born September 1st, 1991 to Christopher Ward and Sabrina Daniel.

Roshaud was a loving son, brother, husband, and father. He would help anyone in need whether he knew them or not. There was nothing he wouldn’t do for others.

Roshaud attended Wheatley Elementary, Struggs, Jr. High, and Dunbar High School. He resided in PA for several years before returning to Lubbock, where he met his wife.

Roshaud gave his life to God under guidance of Pastor Steve Thompson at Inside Out Baptist Church.

Roshaud is preceded in death by his grandfather Larry Dupree, great grandmother Ida Mae Tolbert, and great grandfather Robert Lee Tolbert.

Roshaud leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife Serena Ward, his father Christopher Ward, his mother Sabrina Daniel, his grandmother Janice Kenz, his daughters Unique Ward and Harmony Ward, his son Messiah Vasquez, his sisters Candice Wallace, Michelle Wallace, and Shaqueenia Clark, his brother William Smith, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
