Ronda Renee Jones

Renee Jones 52, passed away on Friday, June 19, 2026. Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 1 pm at Greater New Hope Baptist Church Brownfield, TX. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Brownfield. Renee Jones was born September 21, 1973, in Brownfield, TX to Mable Perkins. In early teens she attended New Hope Baptist church in Brownfield, TX. Renee attended and graduated from Brownfield high School.

Renee attended nursing school and became a Registered Nurse, a role she embraced for more than 30 years. Her compassion, strength, and commitment to her patients made her a nurse in the truest sense of the word. Even after decades of service, she continued to push herself forward, furthering her education to become a Nurse Practitioner until her health failed. She moved to Euless, TX and had been there for many years.  a testament to her drive and her love for the profession until her health began to fail.

Beyond her remarkable career, Renee’s greatest joy came from her two beautiful children, Jalen and Isabella. She loved them deeply, fiercely, and without limits. They were her heart, her pride, and her purpose.

She enjoyed being around her son, daughter, grandson, and Finley (her dog). They were the joy of her life, she also enjoyed being around family, friends and traveling. Her mom Mable was the joy of her life and was also her best friend.

Renee is preceded in death by her brother Russell Perkins; her grandparents Velma and LeRoy Perkins.

Renee leaves behind to cherish her memory, her mother Mable Perkins, her daughter Isabella Perkins, her son Jalen Jones, her grandson Zayden Jones, her special pet Finley, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
