Reverend Jerry Lee Martingale, 74, passed away on Monday, April 28th, 2025. Visitations will be held Saturday, May 10th, 2025, from 12pm to 1pm at Griffin Mortuary Chapel. Celebration of Life Service will follow at 1 pm. Private Disposition under the direction of Griffin Mortuary.
Reverend Jerry Lee Martindale was from Cisco Texas born to Leman and Ophelia Martindale of Anderson County. Jerry graduated from Cisco high school in 1968. He continued his studies at LUBBOCK Christian University and moved over to pursue becoming a minister revenger Lee Martindale later Married Ima Jean Calloway August 27, 1975; together four children were born to this union. Timothy CL Martindale, Kendrick E Martindale, Charity Reese, and Joseph Martindale.
Reverend Jerry Lee Martindale continue to teach God‘s word over the last 40 years and enjoyed his journey. Reverend Martindale travel the US preaching and teaching and finally settled in Lubbock Texas. He worked at the LUBBOCK Salvation Army for over 15 years and love to make you smile.
Reverend Jerry Lee Martindale is preceded in death by his wife Ima Jean Martindale, his mother Ophelia Collins, his father Leman Martindale, and his brother Johnny Martindale.
Reverend Jerry Lee Martindale leaves behind to cherish his memory, his daughter Charity Reese (Kenneth), his sons Timothy Martindale (Chaunda), Kendrick Martindale, and Joseph Martindale all of Lubbock, TX, his 14 grandchildren, his 30 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Reverend Jerry L Martindale will be missed and his teachings and memory will carry on forever.
