Raymond Lois Spencer, Jr.

Raymond was born in Lubbock, TX on January 21, 1958, to Raymond, Sr. and Mary Spencer. He graduated from Estacado High School in 1976.  He married Mary West on July 5, 1977. He loved fishing, and people. He had a very kind heart and would give you the shirt off his back and he was a jack of all trades. He lit the room up wherever he went. He loved his grandkids. He was a comedian, never met a stranger he could not get along with, outgoing, life of the party, great cook, die hard Cowboy and Laker fan. He loved the westerns. The heart of a lion wasn’t afraid of nothing. He loved family and last but not least loved playing pool and dominoes. We will miss him so dearly. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Lawrence Spencer; two sisters, Dorothy Askew and Bennie Russell. He leaves to cherish his memory; his wife, Mary West; daughter, Thrishana West of Fort Worth; sons, Rodrick Davis Arlington, TX; Tabarick Spencer Midland, TX; and Kendrick Spencer of Austin, TX; sister, Kathy Larry (Bobby) of Abilene; brother, Ramon Spencer of Austin, TX; three grandchildren, Darius, Courtney, and Nanena; five great-grandchildren; nieces, Dora, Shannon, Shelia, and Ashley; nephews, Roosevelt, Jr.;  a host of other relatives and friends.
