Paula May McAdams, 86, departed this life on Thursday, April 24th, 2025. Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Event Center, 5120 Ave T. Private Disposition under the direction of Griffin Mortuary.
Paula May McAdams, 86, of Lubbock, Texas, passed away on Thursday, April 24, 2025. Born on March 5, 1939, Paula was a cherished member of the Lubbock community. Her warmth, kindness, and dedication touched the lives of many. She will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family and her commitment to helping others. Paula’s legacy lives on through the countless lives she impacted with her generosity and compassion.
Paula moved to Frankston, TX in 2000 where she lived many years with the love of her life Marshall McAdams they made many countless memories together and tried to live life to the fullest in 2015 she returned to Lubbock and resided with her son Edward Lee and remained with him until she departed the bond they shared was unmatched. Paula was a long member of trinity church and her absolute favorite thing to do was to go to bingo and interact with everyone.
Paula is preceded in death by her parents Willmetta and Paul Liles, husband Marshall McAdams, three sisters Christine, Vila and Mona Lou, grandson Brandon Lee and great granddaughter Kynlei Webster. Those left to cherish her memory are her sisters Vickie Tippet and Melody Spradling, brother Paul Liles Jr., daughter Rhonda Lee, sons Edward Randy and Johnny Lee, daughter in laws Tammie and Christi Lee, grandchildren Casey Lee, Lauren Lee, Katie Lee, and Amber, great grandchildren Kasen Talley, Londyn Garner, and Gabby Brown. Paula will truly be missed and was loved beyond words.
