Pamela Janette (Mims) Nimer, fondly called “Pam”, was born in Marshall, Texas on November 24, 1961, to the parentage of Thomas and Corry Mims. Pam spent her tender formative years in Lubbock, Texas where she graduated from Estacado High School in 1980. Pam was very interested in education, which was evidenced in her academic achievements as well as her outstanding participation in the marching band. Pam furthered her education at the Vogue College of Cosmetology where she earned her license to practice cosmetology. She established a consistent clientele and performed well above her peers. This reputation led her to be recruited to become a licensed Cosmetology Instructor. Pam continued this path in several states, including Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma.

On February 18, 1984, Pam’s heart became intertwined with her soulmate, Willie “Bill” Nimer, Jr. They had a long, loving relationship that lasted until she departed this earth. Their earthly love will continue throughout eternity. Pam espoused to be the very best version of herself by being a sweet, kind and caring soul rooted in God, Faith, Family, Friends and just being the best overall person as possible.

Pamela was preceded in death by both caring and loving parents Thomas and Corry Mims. She leaves to cherish her memories, her loving devoted husband, Willie “Bill” Nimer, Jr., five brothers, Don (Elaine) Mims of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Thomas Mims, Jr of Lubbock, Tx, Ronnie (Nicole) Mims, of Bastrop, Texas, Richard (LaVonna) Mims of Saginaw, Texas, and Kirby (Phyllis) Mims of Lubbock, Texas; two special girls Cheryl Gadison-Baptist (Dean) and Family of Houston, Texas, Swenquita L Nimer and family of Opelousas, Louisiana, Aunt Phyllis Leonard; Uncle Eric (Darlene) of Marshall, Texas.
