Mary Doris Robinson

Mary Doris Robinson, 81, passed away on Friday, December 19, 2025. Celebration of Life Services will be held Monday, January 5, 2026, at 1 pm at Griffin Mortuary Chapel. Private Disposition will follow under the direction of. Griffin Mortuary. The pages of this book began for Mary Dois Richardson Robinson on July 19, 1944 in Lubbock County, Texas to the parentage of MD Richardson and Ocie Lee Henson. 

Mary accepted Christ at an early age at New Hope Baptist Church. She later married Willie Earl Robinson. She was employed by Texas Instruments. She later moved to Dallas, Texas for several years and returned to Lubbock in March 2025. 

She is preceded in death by her parents MD Richardson and Ocie Lee Henson, spouse Willie Earl Robinson, brothers Edgar Toliver, Jr, Leon Love, sisters Regina Love Turner, Dolla Love Cunningham, Emma Love Cravin, and Emma Love James. 

She leaves to cherish her memories, one son Vernon Love, two brothers Eddie Love (Shawneequa) and Lewis Love, one very special niece Denerie Owens (Wendell) and brother-in-law Roy Cravin, a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
