Karl Bunton, 66, departed this life on Saturday, September 2nd, 2023. Private Disposition under the direction of Griffin Mortuary. Karl Bunton was born on August 24th, 1957, to Lawrence Bunton, Jr. and Emma Freeman in Lubbock, TX. He attended school at Iles Elementary and Dunbar. He worked as a lawn worker for many years. He was a character in his own way. He was loving, caring, and could never sit down.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Emma Freeman; father, Lawrence Bunton, Jr.; sister, Erma Stewart, and Carolyn Collins; brothers, Steven Pearson and Rickey Floyd.

He leaves to cherish his memory; his wife, Stormy Williams; sisters, Joyce Johnson, Judy Isaac, and Vanessa Dawson; brother, Charles Sims; a host of other relatives and friends.
