An amazing mother to her children, perfect grandmother to her grandkids as well as great grandkids. Most loving sister any sibling could ask for. She loved everyone, would work all night and if someone needed something she made sure it got done before she got to sleep. She went above and beyond putting everyone else's needs before her very own. She had a heart pure of gold!

Judy enjoyed anything doors. She loved the game rooms, her favorite machine was “Routeldo Firelink. She enjoyed tattoos, and most of all spending her husband’s money. Judy loved life itself, although she’s gone and will be missed dearly. She is loved and never will be forgotten.

Judy is preceded in death by her father Gene Welch, her mother Vernie A. Welch, son Keith Swindall, and her brother Mike Welch.
