Fredrick Charles Bryant

Mr. Fredrick Charles Bryant, 65, passed away on Sunday, June 22nd, 2025. Visitations will be held Saturday, July 5th, 2025, at 12 noon and Celebration of Life Service will follow at 1 pm at Griffin Mortuary Chapel. Private Disposition under the direction of Griffin Mortuary. 

Mr. Fredrick Bryant was born to the parentage of the late Mr. Fred Douglas Bryant & Mrs. Laura L. Williams (Beaty). Mr. Bryant received his education in the Jasper Community & graduated from Jasper High School in 1979. He also completed some college at Prairie View A&M.

Early in life, Mr. Bryant received employment opportunities that transitioned him from Jasper to Lubbock, TX. There he met and married his wife Mischelle Evette Bryant and her two year old daughter Michaela Sharnell Collins. From this union, another daughter was born, Meshaelon Fredette Bryant.

Mr. Bryant had various careers for many years as a cook and maintenance worker. Mr. Bryant had a love of all things class; art, history, literature, fashion, cooking, and was known to be an amazing connoisseur.

Mr. Bryant departed this earthly life on a blessed Sunday morning. After working his entire life, he can finally rest.

Mr. Bryant was preceded in death by his father Mr. Fred D. Bryant, his mother Mrs. Laura L. Williams, and his little sister Penny.

Mr. Bryant leaves to cherish his wonderful memories: his wife Mischelle E. Bryant, two daughters: Meshaelon F. Bryant & Michaela S. Collins, three brothers: Gary Bryant of Lubbock, TX; James Williams Jr. (Jennifer) of Portugal, Spain; David Williams (Ginger) of Jasper, TX; one sister Laura J. Williams of Jasper, TX; one honorary sister (cousin) Brenda Williams of Jasper, TX; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins whom he loved dearly.
