Esmeralda Pricilla Lopez Leija, "Lady Lopez", from Tahoka, Texas was born on May 14th, 1989 to her parents Genoveva and Jose Luis Leija in Eagle Pass, Texas. Esmeralda passed away at the age of 36 on Saturday, July 19th, 2025 at Slaton Care Center. Private Disposition under the direction of Griffin Mortuary.

She was what most people would consider a character full of life and always so cheerful, she'd make your gay go by without even realizing. She will be dearly missed and cherished by family and close friends, although her memories will live on forever and always. Esmeralda Pricilla Lopez Leija was known as "Lady Lopez" to most.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother Genoveva Leija, her brothers Randy Lee Leija and Humberto Leija, her sisters Leticia Martinez and Ninfa Leija, her children Malaki D;Angelo Leija, Isaiah Daniel Leija, Perala Lopez, and Ronnie Lopez., and a host of other relatives and friends.
