Barbara Caldwell

Barbara Caldwell, 66, passed away on Monday, July 24th, 2023. Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, August 5th, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Bethel Baptist Church, Abernathy, TX. Private Disposition under the direction of Griffin Mortuary.Barbara Caldwell was born on November 13th, 1956, in Abernathy, TX. She graduated from Estacado High School. She worked for the government and Texas Tech University for over 10 years. Later Barbara opened her first restaurant in New Deal Texas. She is survived by her two daughters Shanda Brown and Courtney Jones, 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
