Author Junior White

Author Junior White, 83, passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. Visitations will be held Thursday, November 2,2022 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Griffin Mortuary. Private Disposition under the direction of Griffin Mortuary. Author Junior White was born to the parentage of Robert White, Sr. and Hattie Felton White on January 15, 1940. He was the 3rd oldest child of ten. He attended Dunbar Jr. High School. He worked at Farm Pack for many years as he became older he began to start his own family, he had four sons and three daughters. AJ  is preceded in death by his mother Hattie Felton White, father Robert White, Sr., one son, and one daughter; two brothers, Ted White, and Oscar White, two sisters, Louise Lee and Odessa Thomas. AJ leaves to cherish his memory; his four sons, Andre White, Sedrick Eddington, Jeff White (Lacresha), and George Truss (Sharon);  three daughters, Tiffany Brown (Author), Mary Jewel, and Sandra Kay; three sisters, Mary Lee Tucker, Birdella White, and Vera Joyce Ellis; two brothers, Robert White, Jr. and Fred White (Lucy) all of Lubbock, TX; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and millions of friends.
