Anna Lois Walters, 69, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025. Celebration of Life Service was held Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 11 am at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park under the direction of Griffin Mortuary. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Anna Lois Walters was born December 4, 1956 to Mary Hall and Cornell Howard. She was adopted by Beatrice and John Walters. She attended Roosevelt High School and was very proud of her Human Resources degree from University of North Texas.

Anna never met a stranger, she was kind to everyone she met. She had many friends from all walks of life. She worked with her son, Elbert at Information Unlimited and AT&T and worked closely with her daughter-in-law Meagan, at AT&T. They had a lot of fun and laughs.

Anna had an abundance of friends she considered family and loved our Lord Jesus Christ. Anna passed away from natural causes on December 8, 2025.

She is preceded in death by her mother Beatrice Walters and her father John Walters/

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son Elbert Howard and his wife Meagan Howard of Lubbock, TX., her grandchildren Klauna Howard Evans and husband Kenneth Evans of Lubbock, TX., and Daviun Howard and Williams Weaks, and a host of other relatives and friends.
